A: Yes. We’ve been advised there are no issues with you continuing to sell the Day Spray. With the updated description we’ve provided, the product remains fully compliant under the tightened APVMA guidelines.

Q: Why is the product being discontinued if it’s compliant?

A: While the current description ensures compliance, APVMA registration requirements for topical aerosolised products are tightening. Registration would likely exceed $100,000. After careful consideration, we’ve decided not to pursue registration and will phase out the Day Spray in the future.

Q: What about the Night Serum?

A: The Night Serum remains available for now, but given the same regulatory environment, we anticipate discontinuing it in the next 3–6 months.

Q: Are oral supplements affected?

A: No. The changes only relate to topical aerosolised products. Oral supplements are unaffected, remain fully compliant, and will continue to be available.
