All of our products are proudly made in Melbourne, Australia. We source all our natural ingredients locally wherever possible.

Yes. Our products are vet-formulated using natural ingredients and are generally safe to use alongside other medications. However, we recommend avoiding use in pets under 6 months, or those that are pregnant or lactating.

We recommend using our products daily for at least 6 weeks for full results. That said, many of our customers have noticed improvements in as little as one week!

Our products have a 24-month shelf life from the date of manufacture, and are best used within 12 months of opening.

Yes! Most of our products are safe for cats. However, for specific products with essential oils, we do recommend using every other day to avoid overwhelming their senses.

We understand that there can be an overwhelming amount of information on the internet, especially when it comes to certain plant ingredients.

But we want to assure you that every component we use is carefully researched, vet-reviewed, and tested in safe, controlled dosages. Our formulas are developed in collaboration with a naturopath and trialled with volunteer pet parents to ensure they are safe, palatable, and effective for regular use.

When cooking, heating, or freezing we always recommend adding our supplements AFTER. This way, we ensure none of the essential compounds are lost or reduced.

DENTAL CARE RANGE

Yes. All formulas across our dental range are vet-formulated with gentle ingredients to ensure efficacy as well as safety for pets.

However, we always recommend consulting with your vet if your pet has specific health concerns and/or sensitivities with the listed ingredients (e.g. seaweed).

Absolutely! Although, we generally recommend brushing your pet’s teeth 2–3 times per week for maintenance.

EMOTIONAL CARE RANGE

Yes and no. It depends on the type, purity, and method of use. We only use pure pet-safe essential oils in controlled amounts. For cats, we recommend diffusing every other day in a well-ventilated space with the door open so they can leave the room if needed.

When diffusing our essential oils, we generally advise 2 hours per day and every other day for cats. Always diffuse in a well ventilated room and leave any doors open to allow pets to come and go freely to avoid sensory overload.

SKIN CARE RANGE

We highly recommend our Soothe + Skin balm! It’s soothing, non-sticky, and gentle on sensitive skin. Simply apply it onto your dog’s skin and allow for 10–15 minutes for the balm to absorb fully.

When you subscribe to one of our products, your order will renew every 60 days.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and unopened.

If you would like to process a return/refund, please email admin@shytiger.com.au with your order details and photos.

We always aim to have your order delivered within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our courier, Australia Post, and an estimated delivery time frame for your order.

For international orders, please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and delivery.

We also want to remind you to please allow up to 4 days for processing time during peak periods and sales.

Yes! All orders over $65 qualify for free shipping within Australia.

You can update your shipping address through your Shy Tiger profile. If you’re having trouble accessing your account, simply send us an email at admin@shytiger.com.au and we’ll update it for you.

Delays can happen for a number of reasons. Once your order leaves our facility, Australia Post takes over the delivery process, and we have limited control from that point on. If your tracking hasn’t updated, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly for the most accurate status here.

We also want to clarify that delays for international orders may be due to customs processing or issues during transit. We encourage you to check your tracking link or contact Australia Post directly for the most up-to-date information on international deliveries.

While damage during transit is rare, we do our best to ensure all orders are securely packed. If your items arrive damaged, we’re happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost. If you’d prefer a refund, we can issue one minus the cost of shipping.

If you’ve received incorrect items, you’re welcome to either keep them or return them to us. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
