Shipping policy

 

We offer shipping to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, UK, Ireland, and Hong Kong. Products are not available for collection – they will be dispatched to the address that you provide to us.

Australia We try to process all orders received via the website within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Victoria, Australia).

New Zealand Customers in New Zealand will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of 14.95 AUD. Processing times are the same as those for Australia.

USA, Canada, Singapore, UK, Ireland, Hong Kong Shipping rates and times will be determined based on the destination country and will be communicated at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any customs or import processes that may apply in your country.

Processing may take longer during certain times of year, such as prior to Christmas each year. We do not process orders until our payment processor confirms to us that it has received payment for the relevant products.

You will be notified via email when your products have been dispatched.

We will always endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that international shipping may involve additional delays or costs due to customs or import procedures. We recommend checking your local regulations and taxes to understand these potential additional costs.
